Margaret Ann White is a systems-minded strategist who designs practical, scalable solutions that improve how people learn, work and connect. With experience across education, technology and operations, she turns complex challenges into clear, user-centered systems that drive engagement and efficiency. At KnowledgeWorks, she leads the development of digital learning resources and implementation tools that support educators and organizations navigating change. Her work blends strategy, instructional design and problem-solving to create experiences that are effective and easy to use.
I am extremely passionate about being a change agent in education to help meet the needs of ALL students.
Previously, Margaret Ann worked in Lexington County School District One in South Carolina, where she held multiple systems-focused leadership roles. At River Bluff High School, she helped develop a nationally recognized flexible scheduling model and data-driven support systems. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she helped launch the district’s Online Learning Academy, serving over 7,500 students within weeks. In the district’s Information Technology Division, she led instructional software initiatives, system integrations and workflow improvements to strengthen both user experience and day-to-day operations.
Margaret Ann holds an associate degree in chemical technology from Midlands Technical College and a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus in management information systems from Southern New Hampshire University. Outside of work, she’s a golf and soccer mom, traveler, beach enthusiast and self-proclaimed elite napper.
