Katie Guttridge is the senior director of operations for KnowledgeWorks. In this role, she directs key elements of KnowledgeWorks’ business operations, which includes facilitating business policies and processes, increasing organizational efficiency, and managing organizational risk and compliance. She also provides operational support to the KnowledgeWorks Board of Directors.

Prior to joining KnowledgeWorks, Katie worked at the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati, where she held several roles before ultimately serving as the Director of Afterschool for the YMCA’s Department of Youth Development and Education. In that role, Katie oversaw YMCA programming at Cincinnati Public Schools sites, helped secure nearly $2 million in grant funding from the Ohio Department of Education and provided training nationally through the YMCA of the USA’s replication of Cincinnati’s afterschool model.

Katie earned a master’s of education in sports administration from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH, and a bachelor’s in organizational communication from Marietta College in Marietta, OH. She is a graduate of class 8 of the Cincinnati Chamber’s C-Change Leadership Development program, has completed the Community Leader’s Institute leadership development program led by the Center for Clinical & Translational Science & Training at the University of Cincinnati and formally completed the Certified Grant Writer certificate through the American Grant Writers’ Association.
