Juliana Wong

Associate Dean of Finance and Chief Financial Officer, Harvard Radcliffe Institute

Juliana Wong is currently the Harvard Radcliffe Institute Associate Dean of Finance and Chief Financial Officer, where she leads the Institute’s finance team and serves as a key member of senior leadership. She has extensive experience in long-range financial planning, budget strategy and management, strategic planning, process reengineering, risk management and the development and oversight of sound financial systems.

Prior to joining the Harvard Radcliffe Institute, Wong was the director of finance at the Harvard Art Museums and served as associate vice president of finance for Jobs for the Future, where she directed the grants management, financial systems, accounting and contracts teams.

Wong’s prior tenure at Harvard University included a decade in central administration. She began her career in the private sector as a senior financial analyst and associate in Salomon Smith Barney’s (now Citigroup) investment banking division specializing in mergers and acquisitions in New York and Hong Kong.

Wong earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance, summa cum laude, from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and a Master of Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
