Tianna builds and fosters relations with funders and supports grants. She strategically collaborates with KnowledgeWorks staff to help execute the organization’s strategic plan with field insights.

With experience in both fundraising and youth development, Tianna has witnessed first-hand the impact of thoughtful partnerships within schools. Working directly with school-aged children in Denver gave her the opportunity to see both the resilience of community and the shortcomings of an education system that wasn’t built for all – and how to help contribute to solutions with strong partnerships between funders and organizations.

When fundraising and partnerships center community in their work, the outcomes can be life changing.

Tianna enjoys discovering local libraries, recreation centers and parks in the Denver Metro area with her busy toddler. She’s a lifelong crafter and enjoys knitting, beading and generally creating a more fun and colorful space around her. Her ideal date night? Watching bad movies with her husband and a good cup of tea.
