Steve provides strategic leadership for KnowledgeWorks’ technology infrastructure, enterprise systems and digital transformation efforts. He defines and executes technology strategies that drive innovation, enhance operational efficiency and support KnowledgeWorks’ long-term strategic objectives.
Across more than two decades of leadership in education technology and professional learning programming, Steve has led teams in both nonprofit and for-profit organizations to modernize technology infrastructure, integrate enterprise systems and leverage data for scalable growth.
I’m passionate about enabling equitable access to personalized, competency-based learning opportunities for all.
Most recently, as an AI and technology strategy consultant, he partnered with organizations to assess their systems’ capabilities, establish benchmarks and design their strategic technology transformation plans. During his career as technology strategy consultant and education program developer, Steve helped advance universal design for learning (UDL) and competency-based learning. His goal has been to create dialog, collaboration and ideas around innovative uses of technology to promote equitable, innovative learning environments.

As an avid sports fan, Steve loves watching and playing them, especially when played outdoors in warm weather and sunshine. If you’re wondering if he joined the pickleball bandwagon, yes. Yes, he did.
