I firmly believe that personalized, competency-based learning in educational settings is a stepping stone to a more diverse, inclusive and equitable society.

Eddie helps drive operational excellence by providing project management support and facilitates adoption of organizational tools and procedures through training efforts and process improvements. He collaborates with project managers across the organization to develop or track project plans and works closely with operations and technology efforts to leverage existing systems for adoption, implementation and safeguarding.

Before joining KnowledgeWorks, Eddie managed the operations of Make The Road Action and The Interfaith Center of New York. In those roles, Eddie maximized employee productivity, optimized back-end functions and coordinated national events with a focus on planning strategically, streamlining operations and improving cost control. Prior to joining the nonprofit sector, Eddie was a Creative Producer of independent films and branded video. His films have won numerous festival awards and were reviewed in the Los Angeles Times.

Eddie earned a master’s degree in Nonprofit Management from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in Media, Culture and Communications from New York University. He holds a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification from the Project Management Institute.
