Chaneal is dedicated to helping people who help others, a mindset she brings every day to KnowledgeWorks. As senior director of human resources, Chaneal manages human resources, providing insight on improving systems, processes and policies that cultivate a positive, inclusive and engaged workforce. She brings leadership experience to KnowledgeWorks from her previous human resources roles at Primary Health Solutions and St. Joseph Orphanage.

Chaneal enjoys traveling with her spouse and two children and cuddles from her dog, cat and bearded dragon. She is on the Board of Directors for the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Butler County and a member of the Ohio Society for Human Resources conference committee.
