In her role as director of program development, Caroline leads efforts to expand KnowledgeWorks’ national Lead for Learners network, strengthening leadership development and peer support for educators who are shaping the future of learning.

As a former educator, I’m passionate about supporting the teachers and leaders who work every day to help students succeed. As a parent, I’m hopeful this work will directly contribute to reimagining our education system to be more inclusive, responsive and student-centered.

With a comprehensive background in curriculum development as an educator and direct experience as a learning designer, Caroline possesses a wealth of expertise in instructional and curriculum design, educational technology implementation and coaching and professional development design and facilitation.

Outside of the office, Caroline enjoys spending time with her partner, her daughter, two cats and one enormous dog! She enjoys cooking, paddle-boarding and reading.
