Holly is responsible for guiding the investment strategy and overseeing the daily operations and support services of KnowledgeWorks, including the finance, talent management, technology, legal and Board of Directors management functions. Holly is also responsible for designing and implementing KnowledgeWorks’ strategic resource allocation plan and developing policies that support achievement of organizational goals and strategies.

Prior to her current role, Holly served as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for KnowledgeWorks, leading the finance, accounting and talent management teams and managing the investment portfolio. Holly joined KnowledgeWorks in 2002 as the Controller and was responsible for financial reporting, budgeting and compliance.

Before joining KnowledgeWorks, Holly served as the Vice President and Controller of Student Loan Funding Corporation, a nonprofit corporation organized to increase access to higher education.

Holly holds a bachelor’s degree Northern Kentucky University and is a Certified Public Accountant. She currently serves on the Advisory Board for the Center for Applied Informatics at Northern Kentucky University.
