Drake is responsible for data collection, analysis, visualization and reporting across the organization, building stronger capabilities to use data to improve and measure impact. Drake leads measurement strategies and continuous improvement practices within the organization, while also serving our partnering districts and schools through tool creation and data-driven conversations.

Prior to this position, Drake managed Business Intelligence for KnowledgeWorks and supervised data systems and tool creation for KnowledgeWorks’ Teaching and Learning leads. Before his role at KnowledgeWorks, he led data collection and reporting for StrivePartnership and the Cincinnati Art Museum.

Drake earned his master’s in public administration at Northern Kentucky University and his bachelor’s from Asbury University.
