As the senior program manager for impact and improvement at KnowledgeWorks, Rasheda Cromwell is responsible for providing operational, logistical and strategic support. She plays a key role in managing budgets, funding reports and contracts for impact and improvement work. She also assists with proposal writing and sharing information regarding funder priorities and developments.
Prior to her role at KnowledgeWorks, Rasheda served as the vice president of development with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Cincinnati. With more than 13 years experience in youth development and support services for underserved students, she has a proven track record in fundraising including local campaigns, state and federal grant requests and funding requests to private and family foundations.
Rasheda has also worked with the Cincinnati Ballet, Department of Health and Human Services, and Cuyahoga County Bar Association. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from Miami University and is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.
