In her role, Marina Hopkins helps ensure that StrivePartnership meets the objectives of its interventions, leading to progress on key educational outcomes. The position directly supervises staff and oversees the organization’s core operational functions, including budget and grants management, annual goal-setting, and oversight of contracts. Marina previously was the senior manager for middle and high school learning success, where she served as the expert on strategies and outcomes related to learning and education achievement for children ages 10-18 within our urban education ecosystem.
Prior to this position, Marina worked at the Urban League of Greater Cincinnati as a Community Learning Center Resource coordinator at Woodward Career Technical High School.
Hopkins earned her bachelor’s in economics from San Diego State University. She is also active in HOPE Worldwide Cincinnati and Fannie’s House.
