Bart Linderman

Senior Data Analyst

Areas of Expertise: statistical analysis, data visualization, data storytelling

I believe good research is most useful when it has practical application and can recognize a community, organization or individual’s lived experience.

Bringing deep attention to detail and context to his role as senior data analyst, Bart analyzes formative and summative data related to system and student outcomes; visualizes findings; and communicates insights and impact for KnowledgeWorks.

Bart comes to KnowledgeWorks from college access organizations. Most recently as an analyst at the College Advising Corps, where he assessed the impact of college advisors on student outcomes. Prior to that role, he worked for the University of Michigan supporting AmeriCorps program implementation. Bart began his career in the classroom as a high school chemistry teacher and soccer coach in the Houston Independent School District through Teach For America.

Bart holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Franklin & Marshall College and a master’s degree in higher education and an M.P.P. from the University of Michigan. He enjoys the outdoors – soccer, hiking, camping and cycling – and loves gaming – from complex boardgames to online multiplayer games.
