In her role, Ashlee leads in the design and implementation of efforts to identify, mobilize and magnify community-based assets, expertise and authority, including the contributions of residents and small-scale neighborhood efforts, and integrate them into StrivePartnership’s broader institutional practices to advance racial equity and social justice.
Ashlee earned her bachelors from The Ohio State University and her master’s in public health from Wright State University. She is a programs chair for the National Urban League Young Professionals and services on the Boards of Directors for Design Impact, Hamilton County Mental Health and Recovery Services and MORTAR.
