This Site contains some content that is ours and a significant amount of content that has been submitted by users of this Site or other third parties.
Therefore, KnowledgeWorks Foundation is not responsible for any materials that are posted, transmitted or otherwise made available by users on or through this Site, including but not limited to its blog, message boards, newsgroups, file areas, bulletin boards or any other part of the KnowledgeWorks Foundation Site.

If you receive a notice of copyright infringement for material you have posted on KnowledgeWorks Foundation’s website, you must notify us immediately at Worldoflearning@kwfdn.org so that we may promptly address the matter.
We will investigate notices of copyright infringement and take appropriate actions under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

You agree not to post or transmit any materials to the Site that contain software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs that are designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of the Site or KnowledgeWork Foundation’s software, hardware or other equipment.
