Holly A. Brinkman has served as the Vice President and Controller of KnowledgeWorks since January 2002. Responsibilities include management of the financial responsibilities of the Foundation and its subsidiaries, preparation and analysis of financial reporting, budget forecasting, grantor reporting, tax reporting and compliance and liaison between the Foundation and the student loan consultants.

Prior to working for the Foundation, Ms. Brinkman was employed by Student Loan Funding from October 1992 through March 2001. Her most recent position was as the Vice President and Controller. Responsibilities included financial, budget and indenture compliance reporting for SLF and its subsidiaries, oversight of all accounting functions, establishing and monitoring of accounting procedures and internal controls and management of the accounting staff.

Ms. Brinkman holds a B.S. in Accounting and a minor in Finance from Northern Kentucky University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
