On Tuesday, September 28, Delaware again took the national education spotlight as over 500 educators, business and community leaders, elected officials and concerned citizens gathered at the University of Delaware for the annual Vision 2015 Leadership Forum – Delaware’s Race to Deliver.  The main message of this year’s leadership forum: the nation is watching as the First State works to provide a world class education to every child in our state.
