Learning Tools and Processes
If our education system is to keep up with the demands of a fast-changing global society, we must act quickly. We must transform today’s outdated system of schooling into a world of learning – a place rich with opportunity for every student and capable of fostering the creativity and critical thinking that a fast-changing global society demands.
That’s where our organizational learning tools and processes come in. We use strategies adapted from proven organizational change approaches to help organizations and groups think, learn and work together in new ways that support innovation and transformation.
Moving into the future
Our Organizational Learning and Innovation experts guide groups in engaging with the future of learning through a diverse portfolio of tools and processes including:
- Provocative keynote addresses, learning experiences and strategic development sessions based on the 2020 Forecast that help organizations create visions for the future of learning and take action in the present
- Transformational Dialogue for Public Education, a process that builds relationships among state leaders through long-term dialogue and helps them articulate shared core purpose, core values and vision. These elements, along with robust relationships characterized by candor, trust, respect and deep appreciation for collaboration, create the context for innovation and system transformation
- Learning 2025, developed with Collective Invention, is an innovation process in which participants explore the future through the eyes of future learners and examine the implications of that future for their organizations today
